Design Defect -- WILL DAMAGE YOUR SD CARDS - !!! - UPDATE 2019-07-20 - FIXED !!!
---- !!! UPDATE 2019-07-20 -- FIXED !!!Surprise delivery today. Apparently the manufacturer read my review and wanted to correct the situation. So they sent me updated case w/ old and new foam free of charge w/o me asking.I found out that the old foam is designed to be a little snug at the bottom -- so that you apply a little force to push it in a few millimeters further -- to keep SD card secure. I see how this works, but still don't like it.New foam design works as I expect -- SD cards sit perfectly snug inside.I can now heartily recommend this SD case.BTW, I want to give it 4.5 stars because I still think the plastic case should be slightly stiffer.Thank you Elephant Case.---- ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW as FOLLOWS:This product has one fatal flaw -- the holes to hold your SD cards are TOO SHALLOW.The form is 1" thick and SD cards sit 1/2" in down.Because of this, SD cards sit too high above foam and I CANNOT CLOSE the LID.Actually, I can force the lid to close, but I am guaranteed to DAMAGE my SD CARDS !!!Pros:1. Good design. Plastic seems okay, but not as stiff as my Pelican SD case. Lid has rubber seal.Cons:A. Poor Quality Control. The machine which drills the holes in the foam went out of calibration. The hole needs to be 3/4" deep, NOT 1/2" deep. As a result, I cannot close the lid properly -- hitting the top of my SD cards. This will surely damage my SD cards.

Best sd card holder yet
I have purchased several sd card holders. This one is finally a good one. I use it to check my game cameras and in the winter your hands get so cold. You can't use gloves to change sd cards. And the other card holders were very difficult to use or tear in cold weather. This one is easy to store the cards and is sturdy. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a well made security and storage case.
This is a very nice case that I will use for my SD cards that I use in my trail cameras for deer season! It will be easy to keep the used ones separated from the viewed and download ones! Will order another one for my hunting partner.
