If you're already strong in basics, go for it. Its just a strategy guide, i.e., it only tells how to prepare for the exam, how to recognize questions, how to save time, etc., If you want to start from the beginning go for the OG 2016 by GMAC.

It's definitely worth buying it!
Very good and comprehensive prep guide for the quant section, as it offers a lot of examples and questions. The part that I like the most is the detailed explanation of every question. Moreover, you get access to additional questions on their website.
