GREAT PRODUCT!!!
I absolutely LOVE this piece of exercise equipment!!! I ordered it on the 17th of June, and I received it today, June 21st! I didn't expect to receive it so quickly, so I was shocked when it arrived so soon. It came already assembled, except for a few knobs that had to be screwed in. I was going to wait to try it out, but I couldn't resist. It's lightweight, it glides smoothly, and I like how you can adjust the sliding traction. I'm 5' 7, and it's a comfortable fit for me.It can be adjusted if you're taller than 5' 8. I had surgery in 2014, and have been suffering from pelvic and back pain.I thought the stretching movements would help me work the kinks out. I only tried it out for about 10 minutes, but I felt great afterwards. I highly recommend this product, plus the price is reasonable.

Beware
The booklet that accompanies the equipment is useless for exercises. The videos offered are limited and many are advanced. I’ve injured myself and now the return window has closed. I would definitely return it!

This is a great option for a compact Pilates machine!
I recently wrapped up physical therapy after a second knee surgery and a machine I used was similar to a Pilates reformer. I was looking for something similar for my home but was shocked at the high price tags. The Pilates Power Gym seemed like a great price and smaller size fits perfectly in the room. I signed up for the free year of online workout videos that offer great workouts. One thing I would love to see are new and updated videos added to the website but outside of that, great workout machine!

Good But Off to a Not-So-Great Start
Since becoming a parent I have not had time to return to the things I love doing to keep in shape; as an entrepreneur I can't burn the midnight oil like I used to because I have my toddler to take care of in the morning. Pilates reformer classes is one of those things. I decided to get this machine based on the great reviews and I'm glad I listened. It is a pretty sturdy yet mobile machine that doesn't take up too much space in my living room. It's easy to set up and to break down which is a real pleasure. And the accompanying DVDs are a nice touch for getting started right away, which I did.So, why only 4 stars? On my maiden workout on this machine, I was doing the legs routine when the right caribiner suddenly popped. I thought they were flimsy looking out of the box, but I figured it was just me being picky. I didn't even have all of the resistance bands on at the time, so weight wasn't an issue. Thankfully no one was hurt, but it did scare my little one who was playing nearby when it happened. I had to stop the DVD and improvise so I could finish the workout (I took a caribiner from the hand straps to replace the broken one). I'm not going to bother calling the company about it; they're just going to send me replacement caribiners of the same quality. I'll just buy my own from the hardware store.Another thing I noticed is the right side shoulder rest is a bit sticky, making it difficult to do the rotation exercises, both for the arm and the leg (remember, it was the right side caribiner that popped). These aren't deal breakers of course, but this isn't a good way to start for a piece of equipment I plan to use regularly. So I will replace all of the caribiners and toy with the shoulder rest to see if I can get it to loosen up. Thankfully, this machine wasn't so expensive that I should be disappointed in its performance. And overall I'm really happy that I am able to train at home on an otherwise solid reformer. I just think the manufacturers should have sprung for better caribiners.

Great Machine
I had the original power gym and liked it. I was looking for a new low impact but compact machine. This is great and there is very little assembly. I just did an enjoyable 1 hour workout and I am enjoying the Plus model, sturdy and well made. I am small, just 63" tall.

Worst Customer Service Ever
Although I was initially satisfied with the equipment, I soon realized that a part was missing. My realization occurred after I used the equipment for 2 days, then it broke. I called both the "Order Parts" and the "Customer Support" phone numbers listed in the manual. After being on hold for 6 minutes on each line, I hung up. During those 6 minutes on each line, I was pitched on at least 10 sales opportunities for vacation resorts, medical alert devices, car insurance, etc. It seems that there is a scam set-up that until you purchase from one of the sales pitches, you can't speak to a customer service rep to order a part. Deplorable customer service which makes me question the integrity of the company. My recommendation is, if you want to buy this product, be prepared to use it until it breaks, because once it does, (in my case 2 months), you're out of luck.

Nothing wrong with the equipment, just don't see the point for me, too limited in its movements.
I returned it. It's fine, works great, but why have something in your home that takes up space and you need to look at all the time. It's too limited in its movements. Anyone that wants a serious work out will go to gym or just do floor or barre work at home with a video. You can do all these exercises with weights by yourself. Nothing wrong with the equipment, just don't see the point for me, I go to 2 gyms. Also, the ankle straps hurts the ankles when you try the circles.
