First Endurance EFS Liquid Shot Mixed 6 Pack of Vanilla, Wild Berry and Kona Mocha

Kinda gross honestly. Gets the job done; don’t get me wrong. I never bonk after using these. They are convenient for bike training because I feel like you can house more hours of nutrition in two small bottles that fit easily into jerseys. This mix is THICK- I mix it with water at times once I get down to half a bottle. I use this EFS gu more for cold weather then I switch to drink mixes which contain more electrolytes in the summer. This gel contains less electrolyte and more calories than the drink mixes. These are still a convenient option for an on the go grab out the door any time of year. I use the EFS pro mix for the hottest months of summer or I also like Infinit.

Not sure how well it works as an energy boost. I had trouble eating/drinking it. I didn't like the flavor or consistency of any of these. But, that's a personal preference. Maybe you'll like them. In which case, this might be a good way to sample the flavors. (Also, the berry did NOT taste anything like berry...)

I've tried them all and EFS liquid shots gives me the boost I need without a super sweet taste. But most importantly is the container! It's sooo convenient! No more struggling to open 4 or 5 individual little tear-open packets!! It fits comfortably in a handy holster I put on my water belt. Perfect :)

Great way to try all 3 flavors cheaply. I was able to determine Kona was my favorite and Vanilla was 2nd choice. Wild Berry....not so much (for me anyway).

it has sodium benzoate in it (to preserve freshness).google it. dozens of articles relating this chemical to cancer. why risk it?

Remember to add to water!No caffeine, reliable fuel.

I use this when doing 70.3s. They work great for me.
