Cloud iCam HD Wireless Home Security Camera

I see someone posted that they are hard to setup. Wrong. Piece of cake. Setup on my Iphone5s and my Android tablet no problem. I bought 2 of these for monitoring the up north cabin. I set them up to test in the house, one on the dog during the day (she sleeps a lot and doesn't move much when we are gone) and the other on the fish tank. They work great, the picture is very clear, the night vision works pretty well. I have had no drop out issues. I use auto log in and it works pretty well but about 1 out of 15 times it doesn't load and requires you to log into the software again. Not too bad in my opinion. The sound is a bit delayed but it works. The sound totally freaks the dog out by the way - too funny. I am going to keep the 2 in the house and get two more for up north.

We just bought 2 of these cameras, as a way to keep track of an elderly family member. We used it on an iPhone 6. The setup was easy, as long as you followed the instructions. Both cameras were set up fairly quickly, and look beautiful. The HD makes everything look so much better. The night vision is great too. We are supposed to be able to have a two-way audio, but we have not figured out how to make that happen yet; we just need to play with it a little bit and hopefully we will get it working.Overall, this is a great purchase; so much better than other cameras we found online. This connection is secure unlike many other IP cameras offered online so be careful when you are shopping around. We plan on buying more cameras for our own home, but would like to wait for the price to drop.

The camera was easy to set up. Quality picture, even in the dark, the night vision works well. iPhone app is a bit glitchy at times but it captures the footage clearly whenever there is motion and that's what matters. I signed up for the cloud recordings which stores a continuous 2 weeks back of footage. After the 30 day trial expires it costs $9.99/month(not sure if there is a savings if you pay annually), so I assume they will ask for a credit card at that time. The reason for only two stars is because I have called their customer service line several times over the past few weeks and no response. I had a few questions for them regarding the product & service before I lock into paying them. You get a VM asking you to leave your username & contact info and that your area representative will get back with you. The last message I left I even told them if no one gets back with me soon I will be returning the product. Still no response! I get the feeling there is no longer anyone behind the wheel of this company. What a shame because the product itself & the UI aren't bad for the price. Oh well, if I don't hear from them by the end of this month, it gets returned & I will try out another cam...

This is an amazing little camera..So easy to hook up and use! Got it on sale which makes it even better... No contracts with 3rd party.... I am impressed....

UPDATE: The camera stopped working, showing three dimly lit lights on its display. Top and bottom, green, and middle yellow... none blinking. I originally thought the unit had failed. But I obtained a replacement adapter and got it up and running again. Fyi, if you have one of these.Previous review: Having previously ordered the Belkin NetCam Wireless IP Camera for Tablet and Smartphone with Night Vision and Digital Audio several years ago, only to be completely UNABLE to get it working, I carefully unpacked this Cloud iCam thinking I might well have to repackage it and return it, in short order.In five minutes, I discovered those fears unfounded. The setup was quick and flawless, and the app works even on my way outdated first generation Galaxy smartphone. But that was at home. Withholding my elation, I later that week tried it from a restaurant and cinema across town. Instant access to my front room.The ultimate test came while on a trip to L.A. And yes, I could even view my livingroom from aboard an Amtrak train, halfway between Baton Rouge and L.A. and from the dining room of the Griddle Cafe in L.A.The only reason why I'm rating this four stars instead of five is because I tried to access the feed online, from L.A. via their website, and didn't get a connection. Otherwise, it does what it's supposed to do.I'm QUITE satisfied with this purchase.

This is so cool! My friends can watch me at work which I find hilarious. It's a live-streaming web video that you can watch on all devices (I think). I haven't signed up for the iCloud storage yet so I'm not sure how well that works but I know for certain that nobody has stolen anything in line of sight of this camera, so it's doing it's job. Scare tactics. Plus I can see my employee's at work which is cool. There's a bit of a delay, maybe 8 seconds. The crispness of the video is good enough, not great. The night vision works well. I have no complaints and it's exactly what I expected. I LOVE that I can share my feed with anyone, and also the audio is great too. The storage video is $56 (or something), one time payment, or once a year? Either way I'm sure it's worth it.

While I bought 3 of these back in 2014, they worked great and were SUPER easy to install. I originally gave this camera 5 stars. I am now giving it 1 as all 3 have failed to work after attempting a firmware update. I have found 3 similar cameras but after paying $65.00 each for these, they should last more than 2 years considering there are no moving parts and they are all kept indoors. It's truly as shame that iCam hasn't kept up with their own software updates. Fail.

This camera is exactly what we were looking for in our second home. We have complete visibility while we are away. It was super easy to setup and so far, so good on viewing it. The app was easy to install and synced right up.
