Box had signs of being previously opened and the yellow tab that is to be removed before inserting ink cartridge was missing but upon closer look at packaging This is the new design with out that feature

Great price for Brother ink cartridges
Great price on Brother ink cartridges compared to Office Depot. Unfortunately, my printer seems to drink up the ink and after this printer wears out, I'll never buy another one from Brother. The printer was inexpensive, but the ink has really added a lot to our home office expenses over the years. Far superior printers from HP I've read and much less expense with the ink.
