Double flap is good for beginners
It's good for normal training not for advance .metal scale inside it's very dangerous

Quality and price worth
The product is really good with tight stitches and quality leather and foam inside.If you are a regular trainee I would suggest it.

Good one..seems durable
It is still in usable condition after 2-3 months of regular use. One star less as out of the 2 pads in the pack, one had lot of scratches or possible a used item.
