I am very happy with the quality of this duvet insert; it’s sturdy fabric, well stitched, and the filling does appear to be real down as it is as soft as you could hope for. It also does not crinkle much when moved, so the feather vs. down ratio seems to be high quality. In the past I have run into duvet inserts not completely filling my cover (it’s from pottery barn and made for slightly oversized inserts), so they can leave areas that are just fabric, but this one fills it to an acceptable level. I took one star off simply because it is very thin; I had hoped it would expand a little after airing out but that wasn’t the case. The fill-power listed in the description was on-par with nicer inserts I’ve looked at in-person, but this was significantly thinner than I was expecting. For the price, however, it really is only a slight problem since I could put two of them inside my duvet for cheaper than most other down inserts.

I bought this comforter and Allrange's other one with identical specs. There was a %20 off coupon on this one, so it actually came out a little less, I think, than the other one. I bought two of these and three of the others for my five children. You cannot tell anything different between them. The specs, as I said, look identical, so I'm not sure what the price difference is about.I fluffed them all in the dryer for 10 minutes and everyone loves them. We keep our house at 60 degrees and everyone is sleeping warmly.

Ive had two of these for at least a month now sleeping with every night and Ive been really happy with them. I put an allergen cover on and havent had any loss of down or feathers. Ive been loving how fluffy it is when I get into bed and is very comfortable to sleep with through the night.Its heavier than my old down comforter so I do occasionally wake up sweating. But in the winter season its going to be absolutely perfect.It arrived in a much smaller box than I expected and came rolled up like a sushi and fluffed up right away when it un-rolled.

Well made blanket, extremely warm. It seemed too warm at first but then I realized I could turn down the heat at night and save some money, now it's perfect! Great blanket! When I first got it I reacted to whatever chemicals may have been used to treat it, I have MCS, but I gave it a wash in cold water with natural soap and rinsed with some vinegar, then dried it on low heat. Took a long time to dry but when it did no more reactions and it was nice and fluffy. No escaping feathers, the wash seems to have softened the fabric and made it a bit quieter too.

After living in Europe for many years I longed to have a comforter like we had while living there. I looked at them for a long time. I did not want to spend a fortune for one either. I live in the Northeast. It can be 95 in the summer, or (as in this winter) below 0. This comforter (with a duvet cover) has performed perfectly. We love it! And, the price, for the high quality, was fantastic. Thank you! I will definitely buy from you again.

We bought this down insert to go in a guest bedroom. We needed something light weight to be used year round. It came compressed into a bag and after removing and shaking out it lofted great and fit perfectly into the duvet cover. It looks great.

Good product for price, advertised as all weather, but very warm. If you are cold all the time you will love this blanket. So soft and comfortable, great with duvet cover.

This is a great comforter for the price but it’s just not enough for cold weather in southern Oregon. We have to put an additional quilt over it. I’d buy something heavier if you need it for winter.
