Q: Can I tell when the coffee was roasted by the “drink by” date?

All coffee bags carry a "Best Before" date on the sleeve, which is normally six months after roasting date. Note however that coffee does not expire, it is just optimal to be consumed in this time window. The Pelliconi family @Aromistico

Q: Can this be used with regular coffee maker?

The grind is medium/coarse which means it can be used with most common method of coffee brewing and makers. This ground is not for espresso coffee though, as you need a fine grind for that. For espresso, opt for the whole beans version and then grind as you wish or as requested. The Pelliconi Family @Aromistico
