Tastes really good and apt for folks who need chai and are outdoor, don't have access to restaurants. However, one issue personally I have with this tea is that it is high on sugar (I don't add that much sugar when I make it at home for myself).

Perfect. Please never change the recipe.
Girnar, please never change your recipe. This and amul are by far the only instant teas that don't use starch, maltodextrin etc. cheating ingredients. Tea, sugar, dairy whitener and spices, that's it. Simple, effective, tasty recipe. Priced perfectly well. Everything is just perfect. Ps: if you keep it steeping (ikik instant twa but still) for a minute or two, it tastes more flavorful.

Tasted bland.
The taste is not to my liking. The masala tea tasted a bit bland. Also the zip lock was faulty. Both the male and female sides of the lock were on the same side. So you can't close it. Photo attached.
