Nice mini charm
I bought this mini charm because my medical id bracelet turns and sometimes is on the bottom of my wrist. Thinking in emergency and my hand placement, I decided to put this tiny charm on the opposite side of my actual tag. That way if bracelet is turned where they can't see it, they will at least maybe see the mini charm. I looks nice, mad well and does not get in the way or catch on things. I definately recommend but know it is small.

Easy to spot
Easy to add to a bracelet or necklace. On the small side but the emblem is easy for others to see.

NOT Steel! Is It Even Metal?
First, this is a small (tiny) accessory charm used to denote something as 'medical alert' on an item (bracelet, necklace, etc.) that wouldn't otherwise scream medical alert. It's a little more low profile, and allows more flexibility on your choice of medical jewelry, which is awesome.Second, I already had a charm like this from a previous med bracelet (needed 2 more), which is how I know this charm is unquestionably NOT steel. This doesn't have the blue-grey color that steel has. Maybe coated? No. Because steel is heavy, and this charm weighs substantially less than my steel one, which is the exact same size. When you tap this against a surface, it doesn't sound like the steel one, and doesn't even sound like metal. I thought it might be aluminum, which still wouldn't make me happy; but then I noticed a seam running around this charm, which makes me wonder if this thing isn't plastic painted silver. I've added some photos (the one with extra red dots is steel, the other is this charm). I really like the charm I have and needed 2 more just like it (without buying the whole bracelet). But $9 each for a 'sold as steel but not steel possibly plastic' charm is way too expensive. I wouldn't recommend this at all. While steel isn't as pretty as silver or gold, I know from experience that steel holds up substantially better than other metals (and plastic) for continual daily wear and abuse. I haven't even used the second charm as I don't know if I want to keep these yet; I may just buy the whole bracelet after all.

Worked great for my cat's collar
Bought this for my diabetic cat's collar, so it was the perfect size, tiny. If you are looking for something that would catch someone's eye for a human, I would pass, but I didn't want anything to big or heavy to go on my little guys collar.

Great quality but super small
Made well, great to add to a charm bracelet. My concern is will be noticed wearing the charm on my writst: should an emergency arise. I am keeping this medical alert charm. Just will look for a larger symbolic medical alert 0n Amazon..

Small
I never take this bracelet off and have had these charms on it for over a month with no wear and tear. Super small and adds to alert that I have an allergy. I also put two on the other side of the bracelet so charms are all around it

Really Small but does a Big Job.
I was looking for a medical alert tag for a chain necklace. This caught my eye. After reading the reviews and figuring the size. This met my needs. I could wear it like that. Then I had a brainstorm. I wondered if it would fit on my anklet. I wear one all the time interchanging when my mood changes. Their between 2 to 5mms in diameter. I knew that the tag would fit on the smaller ones. But the 3 and 5mms ones could have a problem. When I received it. The O ring used to attach it on the anklet was small. But why not attach it on the spring or lobster clasp. Perfect; I solved the problem twofold. Any diameter of an anklet or chain could be used. Some people might not like it attached to the clasp. It works for me. If you need to wear a medic alert tag. You now have this one to use on a neck chain, bracelet or anklet. No matter what diameter. I highly recommend you think about this. Then possibly get one for your needs. The tag was delivered in 4 days. Nicely packaged. So consider it. You can't go wrong.

Too small
This is accurate but so small I couldn't hook it onto my DNR bracelet.
