2year granddaughter loves Tinkerbell - must have seen the five movies hundreds of times - will absolutely love this book

The way the hard cover version is made remind me of the golden books I use to read as a child. The first full pages are some wonderful fully page images if Disney Fairies and a nice preview page of other Disney Fairies comics already out and coming soon. Right off you can tell that in the 3rd Tinkerbell movie that this graphic Novel is based on has the fairies slightly altering their normal outfits for a more summer look. one can tell right off that Paper cut has put a first rate drawing and inking job into the quality of the drawing of the comic. the reader is given an excellent job comparing how the fairies talk to each other as they had in the first two Tinkerbell movie to how Tinkerbell sounds like a bell as she did in the classic Peter Pan film. The story is a simple one of Tinkerbell and the fairies going to camp on the mainland for the summer only to for Tinkerbell to accidently taken to a human house when she get trapped in a child's doll house. Vida thinking Tink had been captured return to camp to form a rescue party that has to walk back because of the rain. Rain that keep Tinkerbell in the human house with her new friend and teach her all about fairies. But when the human girl's dad want to show fairies off to the world it's up to the fairies and his daughter to convince him not to.

just what i wanted lovely book with colourful pictures. good for any Tinkerbell fan to read

My almost 5 yr old requested this book for Christmas. She can read better than some ten yr olds I know, however this book is set up like a comic book with different pictures and words in blocks on each page (it IS hard cover). Not a huge deal except we find it hard for her younger sister (3yrs) to follow along. It's a nice story though... probably meant for a little bit older kids with the layout.
