Guys, let me share something that you may not be aware of. With changing times, many businesses try to cut corners (in the name of fashion). That's exactly what's happened to the good old denim jeans. Most jeans (I would say almost 90% or more) that are available are STRETCH material (having spandex / lycra), and this REDUCES COST for the companies. By charging high prices in the name of fashion (figure-hugging sexy jeans), they make super-profits. But the fact is, stretch jeans last you hardly over a year. The material is flimsy and thin. I have even bought stretch jeans of reputed brands such as GUESS, and ALL, but they tore from the middle within a year's time. So these jeans (NEXX) are NON-STRETCH. They are 100% pure denim. This is the material that I grew up with... long-lasting, rugged, and manly. This material is soon disappearing from the market, so I would suggest those of you who like 100% cotton denim to go ahead a stock this... in the years to come, this will be at super-premium prices!

The waist is a little loose, the jeans quality is good though. Got it for my dad, he loves it. It's too long, in case you're a little short, just trim it.
