You can work out anytime anywhere ! Put this product between your inner thighs and open and close your thighs repeatedly. Effective for shape-up. Pretty useless. More of a toy than an actual piece of exercise equipment.
Didn't expect much from this, but decided to take a chance. Since my official Thigh Master broke a while back, I've been on the hunt for a replacement. Can't quite bring myself to plunk down the big bucks for a new one, so have wasted time and money on a couple alternatives which have, sadly, not panned out. First tried a generic version, but it's too small to be comfortable to use. Really digs into your flesh and has a tendency to pop out of place, making it dangerous. So when I saw this, thought I'd give it a whirl. It's very small, so doesn't provide much resistance, and the rigid plastic is also not comfortable if you want to shift it to work on your arms. There are very limited ways to use it, none of them being highly effective. If it were slightly padded, it might be a little better, but still is not really strong enough to be much of a workout.

Mine broke within a couple of weeks. It was too late to send it back as the “ window “ on returning it had closed. Sadly it’s a piece of junk
