second tym in a row i have received the packet unsealed without the plastic cover...and a strand of ? artificial hair attached to the blade and some oil over the blade as well...first tym i ordered for a replacement but i don't know wot i should be doin now? not at all expected from box wish...dat too to a prime customer...this is not done!!!On a positive note...i have started to use it post disinfection n its great...have used philips trimmers for past 6-7 yrs...was using philips Q series orange one till few months back...it was great...served me well for 3-4 yrs but den it had started to bite...after lots of research bought philips grooming kit M7515 for 3600 2 months back...but that trimmer is ultra sharp...it will leave u with cuts n irritated skin post trimming so had to buy this...its smooth as hot knife thru butter...no irritation no cuts...some of the reviews say that it stopped working after 2 weeks.. now dat is my only concern...its only been a week of use till now ...lets c how long it lasts... had seen it at my barbers' shop...he told me that he has been using it for past two n half years regularly without complaints. i will try to buy it from flipkart now just in case it stops working as per the reviews...i mean its dat gud. go for it u might be lucky to get a long lasting product.

I had seen this product at nearby barbar shop..Worth for money . Product quality is good..Hope it ll be durable..

This is a professional trimmer with sharp high speed blade. Price is also reasonable.

It stopped working in 6 months. Too bad. Unexpected
