IQ-203 Universal Battery Charger Li-ion NiMH NiCd with USB Power Bank Function AC & DC 12V

It works. It works well. It was delivered swiftly, even during the Christmas rush. And it does what it's supposed to do.In short: good buy, and great price for it.

Here are some of the details on the charger. It works with charging up 18650s and NiMH cells...no issues.The only complaint I have is its power bank function. First, when the charger is plugged into the wall, the USB port does not function as a USB charger....not a big deal. The USB port will work only when there are 1 or 1 Li-ion cells in position. As for the charge rate, i do believe it is achieving 2A when I have two cells. Operationally wise, it needs to be unplugged from the wall while it is in power bank mode, the LEDs don't light up so you don't really know how much battery is left on the Li-ions. Here comes the bad part: 1) During the discharge of the Li-ion cells or outputing the USB port, the charger makes electrical high pitch noise. I don't think this is a normal behavior?? 2) When the Li-ion cells are depleted, and this is very weird, the charger does not shut off it self. Instead, my devices will discharge quite rapidly on its own. I've tried my Note 3 and Nexus 7 first gen.. same results. Very weird stuff!! So basically, if you leave your device charging in power bank mode, when you wake up in the morning, you will have a fully discharged device!! Anyway, i don't usually write reviews. This charger/power bank does something that is so strange and I thought I should make everyone aware of it.

The charger works very well for charging batteries, my only complaint is with power bank function. For some reason it simply will not charge my iPhone 6 Plus. Everything else that I plug into it works fine, but connect an iPhone 6 Plus even with the Apple Provided USB to Lightning Cable and absolutely nothing happens.

This charger is one of the best I've owned. There's no negative things I can say about it. It charges the battery's relatively fast and does what a charger is supposed to do. It gets warm but that's NORMAL for chargers so don't freak out. The only thing Id change is making it so that the USB is able to be used while plugged in and while the batteries are charging but other than that it's a good charger and worth every penny.

I really do love the Yellow indicators. For some reason, I hate the "blue led" deal that everyone is doing.Anyway, I bought this for my e-cig (Kato Hammer clone, and Aspire Nautilus), and I bought it because it can also charge AAA size batteries.The spring is little uneasy, because you physically have to lower this metal bar that actually charges the batteries with your fingers, and it's little sticky, because of the angles, but other than that, it works.The cord is long, but I don't think it's long enough to put it under a desk to run it up on top of the desk (which I don't care, because I charge on the kitchen).Overall, it's a good deal, especially it also has the USB connect with smaller 12v connect.

Awesome product. I use this to charge my 18650 vape battery's works perfectly

So far so good, quick shipping. Spring loaded clips are a little snug, but other than that, no complaints. Haven't tried the power bank function yet. Not as quick as other chargers, takes like 3-4 hours to charge 2 batteries.
