Ginkgo really does help with memory; I feel that I can recall little things like names, and where I parked my car, better. It does take about a month to become effective. It's also a great antioxidant. I experienced no side effects.

I could feel them working almost instantly.I only take 1 a day.My wife is breastfeeding and it doesn't have an Adverse affect on the baby..as another brand caused a rash. I've re ordered this product
