Q: My grandson is on the short side. 3 soon 4 but only in 3T clothing. I am wondering if he would reach peddles.

I would say yes. The seat has three settings. It adjusts forward and back, not up and down. My grandson is 16 months and wears 18 months to 2T. With the seat at the closest setting his feet just reach barely. He still can't go all the way around without his feet coming off the pedals. I would say your grandson would probably reach the pedals.

Q: on our 2nd replacement and again the pedals broke off again. anyone know where to get replacement pedals? tried calling, facebook, and office closed.
