I really like the product.The only draw back is, having to boil the sachet after every single use.Even though it's a bit inconvenient, worth the trouble due to the ability of multiple usage times.I bought it for my daughter and wife also started using it.Both of them are happy customers.

aside from the slight hassle of boiling it after each use, this is a great product.the heat is just right. the pouch is great. its more convenient than the plug in heating pads. its cheaper than the disposable thermacare pads.if they become available again, im going to pick up a second one.

This product advertises that it is both "instant" and reusable. While both are true, it fails to mention that after each use, it stays hot for one hour and then you have to boil the pack in water for five minutes inside a "boiling bag" to "reset" it for the next use. Oh and if it starts to crystallize while its cooling, you'll have to boil it all over again. to me, this is a huge inconvenience. While the heat was a great temperature and a convenient size, who has time for the hassle of resetting this pack with boiling water after each use?? Save your money and use the disposable thermacare pads that last 8+ hours or a microwaveable hot/cold pack.
