Long Strider: How Thomas Coryate Walked from England to India in the Year 1613

Actually Thomas coryate was died in Surat city of Gujarat India. while he was returned towards England from suvali. At that suvali place he was died and in his memory one monument was also constructed there. So I wanted details on him and here it is.Very perfect currier. And yes Hard bound Book.

I loved the way the narrative unfolds, constantly juxtaposing 17th century India against the early 20th, in order to find the "similarities". Seeped in humour the text finds its readers laughing out loud at times.

The writing is a bit spotty in places but I was interested in learning more about Coryate after reading about him in some Bill Bryson books.
