I am writing this review because of all the negative reviews about a missing tube. The mini pro does not use a tube. You have to buy a pro pod fragrance bottle. I set this up as soon as I received it and it worked perfectly. The Miami Beach smell is wonderful. It is also very quiet. Maybe some other people received a defective product, but I think most of the bad reviews are due to operator error.

What a piece of crap, and more importantly the customer service was not much better. This is expensive item and it does not come with a scent. I order the scent according to the instruction in the packaging, and it did not work. I contacted the company for assistance and was told the oil needed to have a tube in it; this was not described in the accompany instructions. I did the research as to what was the correct oil to order and what oil was compatible with this machine as well as following the instructions that came with the item, it did not mention the oil bottle needed to have a tube in it according to the customer service rep for Amora360. They offer no further assistance, and I was told me direct my question to Amazon for further troubleshooting. When I first got the machine, it powered up and no problem, I order the oil which was expensive and when I put the oil in, not only did any scent come out after a few minutes the machine stop working. While this is beautiful, and you do get some machines that are defective the customer service from the company was less then stella. I sent the product both machine and oil back, very, very, very, very disappointed in this product, after all my research on this and reading past reviews I should have not ordered it, waste of time and money. I thought of giving the company a second chance and reordering but after some careful consideration I decided not to due to their customer service in resolving my issues. I would not ever order anything from them again, beware if you do you will be taking a chance. it would not have been so bad if they would have help with the product, offer something to help me get this item working but all they did was pushed it back into Amazon lap.

The product works perfectly fine as I received it. The aroma360 mino pro diffuser is just easy to set up just dont forget to remove the plastic film that covers the battery from the remote. Because I didnt noticed it the first time , i thought it was defective. And when you buy this you need to buy the pro pod oil separately because this is just the diffuser only you need to buy the pro pod oil separately

Do not waste your money on Aroma360 products. I purchased TWO of these diffusers back to back, one from Amazon and one directly from Aroma360, and neither even lasted through a full bottle of oil before failing. Both units leaked oil into the inside of the device and completely flooded themselves. For the absurd amount these charge for the diffuser and their overpriced proprietary oil refills, the quality is unacceptable. These are marketed as premium products, but perform like cheap junk. As if that were not bad enough, Aroma360 then sent me the wrong oil refill order. I requested a refund, and despite repeated follow-up, they still have not provided a return shipping label after several days. Their customer service keeps delaying instead of fixing the issue. Overpriced, poorly made products, and terrible customer support. I regret buying from this company and will never purchase from them again.

what a piece of junk. I bought two diffusers and neither one worked and their support was about useless. Oh and they forget to mention that you have to have a special oil bottle. I bought several 100.00 dollar bottels of oil only to find out when the units arrived that I needed a special bottle... not included. So I ordered a couple of their patent pending bottles and waited days to experience joy... but no joy ever came. When the bottles finally arrived... and and it got to try it out.... neither unit would work. I called there customer service walked through the set up steps and sill no Joy. They lost my business forever. I have been a loyal customer over the years but I am moving on.

Love it Great Price Just the Scents are so expensive But the diffuser is worth the money

I like how this diffuser disperses the scent—it’s pleasant and works well in my bedroom. I just wish it would cover a larger area, as the fragrance doesn’t travel far beyond the immediate space. Still, it’s a nice addition for smaller rooms.

It works just how I thought it would. I appreciate the setting options.
