I purchased a left and right as my hands are starting to curl inwards. My Doctor advised me to buy these as the nerves are trapped in the wrist in both hands. Easy to use and comfortable to wear. Product information advises to go up one size if wrist measurement is between sizes, so I bought Large: it fits very well, so glad that I got the bigger size. Very happy with this purchase.

These wrist braces are excellent. The provide good support and are eminently adjustable for maximum comfort. I bought one for my right wrist (I have rheumatoid arthritis), tried it out then ordered a second one for my left wrist. They are very well made and the metal support is removable so you can wash them. I highly recommend them.
