Comfortable and sturdy
My son uses it, says it is good. He is quite tall for a 12-year-old and nonetheless has to put it on its shortest setting to get the sax to the right level for his mouth — wouldn’t advise it for anyone smaller than about 5 ft 6 or so.

Bit uncomfortable
Better than the thin straps but it still digs into you neck. I'm looking into adding additional padding

Not for alto sax
Great quality but this doesn’t work for an alto sax - it wont go short enough. Also pretty uncomfortable.
