ALMA SEMILLERA Blue Corn Masa Harina - Organic Ingredients, Gluten Free, Vegan, Fine Texture (1.75 lb)

I've made tortillas using supermarket brands of masa and they were OK. I just made simple blue corn tortillas using the proportions on the bag (3/4 cup warm water to a cup of masa) and the tortillas were perfectly soft, smooth, and flexible. I had no issues with tearing, cracking or sticking so I feel its worth a little extra both for the superior tortillas, and for having less hassle to make them.

Delicious product and came much faster than expected!
