They are probably too rigid to run through a printer of any sort. What you might consider doing is printing labels and then adhering the label to the mailer

Rigid but light weight. They do not bend, which is exactly what we need to mail photos and important documents. Can highly recommend for these purposes.

You can fit one piece of cardboard. That’s what I did to ship paintings on paper! It worked great.
