WasserhahnTap Space aluminum rose gold kitchen faucet sink faucet sink hot and cold mixing faucet

Was really happy with this when I first received it. However, upon installation it leaks, water dripping through handle and out the base. Contact seller to send replacement - Still haven't received anything. Also has Chinese writing on the handle not shown in pictures.
