Memory Foam Lumbar Support Back Cushion (1)

Two reasons I chose this product after reading dozens of reviews on others is 1) It's the highest one I could find that 2) Doesn't have those pesky little rubber beads on the top that I've read fall off and make a mess on the floor, they are only on the bottom of this one where they belong to avoid slippage on flooring 3) The fabric is soft and the foot rest is firm so it doesn't cave and your feet don't sink into it like memory foam which would otherwise result in some loss of the height. I wanted height so I could get my knees high enough to release pressure on the thighs and lower back 4) A removable washable cover. I am not sure how durable the cover is, but I only use it with bare feet or socks on, to preserve the life of the cover. I am very happy with this product!

I had to take a trip from Houston to London for work; this is the first company I've worked for that didn't allow business-class for flights over four hours, so I was resigned to economy and very concerned about making the 10+ hour flight, particularly since I weigh over 250 lbs.Seeking a cost-effective and creative solution for some relief during the trip, I purchased the foot-rest hammock. It was small, very portable and no big loss if it didn't work.I was amazed at what a difference it made, from being able to rest my feet on it like sitting at a bar, or resting my calves on it and getting a full extension on my legs (I'm roughly 6' 1"). One of the women sitting next to me said she had seen them and was curious. I told her while we waited in the immigration line that it was well worth the money and I recommend it to her and to all my friends.

I bought this for a few reasons, one being my vinyl office chair at work isn't so breathable and swamp @$$ is real people! Reason two is my back constantly hurt after a 7 hour day sitting even getting up and talking around. Well I can confirm that my toosh is now breathing normally, and is no longer sweating like a woman with questionable morals in church! My back ache has improved some, I feel I sit up straighter and hunch over my desk much less. I'm not mad I bought this. I feel a bit like an old lady still, but who cares, can't complain about this cushion. Warning, it is a bit "stiff" imagine a pretty extra firm pillow shaped funny. It does have some give and doesn't really move much along the chair which is good. I would probably fall out of my chair is it did. Does "re-inflate" when you stand. I haven't noticed a permanent indent yet after maybe a month of use.

This product felt more like an office chair booster seat than it did a cushion. I purchased this because our new office chairs weren't very cushioned, but this isn't really either. It's not very thick and when you sit down on it, it gets pretty flat, which doesn't provide much support. This product was much less expensive than its competing products, but there is probably a reason for that. It doesn't provide any extra comfort or cushion than your standard cushioned office chair. If you're looking for a cushioned boost for your office chair, this is your product. BUT, if you are looking for comfort, support and pain relief, do yourself a favor and spend a little more on a quality cushion.

NOTE: This review is for the half-round memory foam footrest I purchased. The product has since been changed to an under-desk hammock product. -- I ordered this for use at work to help reduce stiffness after sitting for longer periods of time. The footrest provides just the right amount of support for my feet. It can also be flipped over and used with the flat side up. This provides a surface that rocks and provides a different foot and leg position.

A retired senior citizen, I still like to drive distances. Recently I been experiencing lower back discomfort when driving 25 mins or more. Chalking it up to age rather than a chronic back problem, I decided on a remedy that didn't involve a Doctor visit or medications. So I tried this memory foam lumbar support. For me I have not experienced anymore back discomfort when driving. It feels good pushing against my back, however It also feels like it is pushing you closer to the steering wheel (car seat is pushed all the way back), but you get use to it. I am a fan. Just got to remember to take it with me when I transfer cars. Neil.

I’ve been using this cushion for about two weeks now, and it has been great support for my body, especially my back. Sometimes when I’ve sat too long at my desk, my bottom will start to get uncomfortable and requires me to walk around a bit. However, with this cushion I have been able to sit comfortably in my work chair, my car’s driver seat, and my home computer office chair for many hours at a time with no discomfort. I’ve noticed that I also have a much easier time producing a better posture for myself since my back has a lot less pressure on it at all times. Great value in this product, my only complaint is that the bottom tactile pads don’t really stick to much at all, so sometimes the seat can move around if you try to adjust yourself. It’s a simple fix though, just stand up and readjust, then sit back down.

My desk unfortunately is pretty tall and I'm not the tallest dude, so I needed a foot rest. This one was one of the taller ones which is why I got it. The outside cover is soft synthetic felt like material. The inside honestly feels pretty cheap. There isn't any fancy memory foam inside but it's soft enough and does the job.
