Prep bowls have changed
I like these prep bowls but purchased the original bowls when they first came out and these are a lesser quality. Lids are not as sturdy.

A good value
This set of prep bowls is what I needed for my kitchen. I like that the covers fit and stay on perfectly and snugly. They are a nice color that goes with my kitchen "theme". They are good quality bowls and lids. They are easy to use and a good value for the money.

Good, usable prep bowls
These bowls seem to be of a good quality plastic. They're easy to clean and serve the purpose that prep bowls should, though they're a little smaller than I would like for the volume that I usually cook. They work fine for meals for myself and my partner. I think there are cheaper bowls available to serve the same purpose, but KitchenAid is known for their quality, and so far they hold up.

Rounded Bottoms
Liked the looks of these as a second set to replace a set that the lids were junk. The problem with these is minimal but still a little irritating. The bottoms are a little too rounded. If the bottoms were a little flatter they would be easier to grab out of the refrigerator.
