Son wanted SciFi
My son liked the Mr. Wuffles cat book by the same author. He loved it so much that he requested more of this authors alien books. This book was a mix of cloudy with a chance of meatballs and SciFi. The illustrations really made the book.

Very good book!
My six-year-old boy borrowed this book from school library and read it to his four-year-old brother. They both fall in love with it. When the little one is alone, he spends a lot of time going through the book page by page. The fantastic illustrations are so attractive and inspiring. Highly recommend.

Love this book
Love this book! It's just as whimsical as I remember reading it as a child. Would highly recommend and it's fun to read to kids!

Great story and art. Story told more with pictures than words and a terrific sense of wonderment and humor

lovely story but,
the great thing about the David Wiesner books is of course the beautiful water color images which include the cover. The cover on this book was torn with some of it missing. I got the book as a gift for my favorite kid, but went with something else because of the torn cover. The interior was in good condition so I will enjoy the story but I can not give this faulty product to a child.

La historia es genial.
La historia es genial, quizás echaba de menos ese toque mágico que tienen los libros de Wiesner, ese detalle oculto que te deja boquiabierto y que tradas en encontrar. Al final encontré el detalle mágico: estaba en una noticia de un periódico que tiene la protagonista tirado por el suelo en su habitación...

desbordante imaginacion y excepcionales dibujos
me considero un fan del grafismo expresivo de Wiesner, quiza no soy objetivo. Una historia llena de matices para contar a un niño despierto en la que cabe imaginar mucho y por lo tanto se convierte en distinta cada vez. Muy recomendable

まるで映画のような絵本
この作者を知ったのは「セクター７」という、ある男の子が雲の子供と知り合い、雲の製造工場に行くお話の絵本。日本語版を見たのですがどうしても英語版が欲しくて注文しようとして、同じ作者で検索したらこの本が見つかりました。表紙の絵に惹かれて一緒に購入したら、これがまた大当たり!!この作者はいつもファンタジーとSFの中間を行くような不思議な展開なのに妙に現実味がある物語が得意で、でも文章のない本が多い。この本は文章があります。またもほのぼのした不思議なストーリーに、写実的かつ優しい絵があまりにマッチしていて、もう何度読み返しても飽きません。わずか30ページくらいの、幼児向けの絵本ですが、ページの奥にまるで映画一本丸々収まっているかのような本です。こんなことがホントに起きたらいいなー、と大人の私でさえ本気で思えてしまうような、素敵なストーリーです。空を見上げるのが好きな人に、特にお薦めします。（「セクター７」もね！）
