cheap packaging, print on product are wash out, power on/off is on top instead of center, the instruction manual is half wash out unable to read anything, its a local copy of the original BT 450.No mic or led indicator holes as shown in the pictures.i want refund

Worst product as its stopped working within 10 days. Don't purchase it. Even they are not responding to return the same. Blue dart courier is also very bad. After two days of submit return request bluedart boy is not coming to receive it. Very sameful...

It works well with headphones, but not on external speakers. The volume level is too low to be heard outside!!!.I have initiated a return request and it is over due by more than a week now.I had contacted the amazon support and discussed about this for 17 min call, but they are asking me to cancel the return request.

Initially I thought the product was good but then after testing with headphones, I realized it does not have stereo out and therefore not at all suitable for my purpose. otherwise product is OK if one is satisfied with MONO out.

Nice Cheap Bluetooth Device, ** Reviewing it after using it 2 months **Reason I bought it because I have Iphone 8 and whenever my phone battery is low either I can plug in Charger or Aux, I thought this Bluetooth device could resolve my problem.And yes it did, the only problem is battery life is 1-1.5 hours, recharge time 20 mins and you can play it at max volume.So if you not a loud music lover, i think this could be good option for you too

Ordered this in the month of Dec 2018 and was delivered on time. While using songs would skip continuously since Vol/Fwd button seem to be stuck. Returned it and got a replacement. Same issue with the replacement. In the replacement 3.5mm to 3.5mm jack was also missing. (which was present in the 1st pack). I bought this since the seller claimed 1 year warranty on the product. But turns out, I can neither return the product and claim refund nor ask for replacement. Forget about 1 year warranty, there is no process/details on how to claim warranty
