Does not include with a cap for end of spout.
The spout fit my old gas can fine and no leaks. Unfortunately it doesn't come with a cap for the end of the spout, but does have a piece to prevent gas from coming out when not in use. The hose is stiff and not very flexible.

Fit my Eagle PG-3 plastic gas can perfectly with no leaks. I now have a functional old-style can.Recommended.
