Due to an accident a few years ago I have a very high arch & I cannot wear shoes without arch support. I tried other brands but they were still too flat even though it said high arch, this one was just right. It came off after a few years, obviously with wear & tear the stickiness won't last forever

I don’t always buy expensive supportive shoes- they’re just too expensive!!! Now I can purchase inexpensive shoes & put the arch support I need right in them. I keep these on hand & they don’t disappoint!

Excellent comfort.

These are okay. They're as comfortable as you'd expect for an arch insert. Personally, they're not high enough, but that's a personal thing and depends on the level of flat-footedness one has. The biggest problem with these is the adhesive is terrible. They do not stay in place. I've had other inserts that weren't as effective as these, but at least they stayed in place, even after wearing them to the gym and running on numerous occasions. These do not do that. I will probably end up gluing them in place myself.

These are convenient and can be cleaned and reused. They are too high for someone with a normal arch.

These are great, especially for the price.My journey in arch support inserts started a couple of weeks ago, when I transitioned from mostly computer-based work to a position that had me standing on my feet all day. In my job, I have to wear somewhat nice shoes (no running shoes for me), and so I got some nice flats and loafers. Most of these lack any kind of arch support though, and I began to have pain in the top of my foot, right on top of my arch, at the end of the day. My roommate, who has flat feet, diagnosed my shoes as my problem.Arch supports are not supposed to make your shoes more comfortable while you're wearing them (though they're certainly not supposed to be uncomfortable) - I think this is a common misconception. These are not going to act like a new insole and turn your shoes into foot-heaven. Arch support inserts increases my ability to wear my shoes all day without (arch) pain and, as some people mentioned, make them fit a bit differently/better too.PLEASE PLEASE NOTE: if you wear women's flats, there is a HIGH likelihood that you'll need to cut these inserts. Unmodified, they sit too far in the middle of my shoe for them to be comfortable. Take a look at the insole of your shoe: it's most likely more narrow than your foot (and the material coming up from the insole therefore bows out a little). I recommend (wearing a thin sock) sticking the insert in your shoe (with the sticky backing still on) and adjusting it under your foot until it sits in the right position. Hold the insert down, remove your foot, and mark the position in the shoe with 2 dots of ink/sharpie on the insole. Then trace the line of the insole on the insert and cut along that line. That should let it fit properly in your shoe.

The adhesive doesn't hold. The insert falls right out. Comes without any instructions or tips.

Fits well on foot with mild arch decline. On flat arch need to use two but does cause mild discomfort since the adhesive is not strong enough to keep the support in place.

These arch supports did adhere very well inside my shoes. They feel comfortable, though for my feet they could have been deeper, to give a little extra support. For the price, they are a good buy.

Good value. Product as described. I have very shallow arches and found these suited to me. Quite firm which I like and need. No point in having an arch support that's soft!

After breaking 4 bones in my foot, I was told to use these arch supports for the rest of my life but after purchasing the first pack of two, I haven't been able to find any....until I thought of purchasing online! I now have 6 pairs for less than the price of the first ones! Excellent service and price!

These inserts were for supplementing full-sized ones which I found did not provide enough support for my arch; placing/sticking them on top of the other inserts worked perfectly. Very happy with the purchase.
