I ordered and received package, follow every single instruction. When I first installed the battery it says to let the battery run out before charging for 12 hours. The battery was at ZERO charge and it power down my computer immediately. So I figure, lets do step two, charge battery for 12 hours, we did. Turned computer on, ZERO charge. I send for a replacement, will tell you what happens next
