As only a few days do not know how well these will stack up to my Br*ggs out of the bottle mixed with H2o, but did seem less hungry as a whole. the ingredient list matched what I was looking for, dislike added sugars. No change in sleep but not really what they are for.

Update March 2025- Something changed in the ingredients. They are now keto gummies with Stevia in them which gives me a bitter aftertaste. They used to be like a small dessert after dinner or before bed. Not sure what other ingredients have changed but I've heard men taste the aftertaste More than women.. Original review in 2022: My employer is a licensed pharmacist and she recommended apple cider vinegar to reduce heartburn as I like to snack right before bed. I take one or usually two because they taste so good & sometimes I sneak three and never have had heartburn since I started taking them!
