The definitely care about their customers.
Can we just talk about the incredible care and attention to detail put in to the packaging? (See image) The plates were wrapped in this cool Float logo sleeve; Hand written note on the receipt; Float logo tape on the outer package. They even threw in a onewheel sticker and a drink koozy. For a small company to do all this really says they care about what they're putting out there. The onewheel itself is made so well, it seems that it's rubbing off on all of us who enjoy it. That drive to make a good product and to do things right.I haven't put them on yet, but regardless of whether I discover I like or dislike having plates on my board, I know these particular ones are made well and look great.

Good plates
Pretty good plates. It is extremely easy to over-tighten the screws through the plastic so be extra careful and the blue color isn't really very close to the stock rail color of my onewheel+ (I don't know if they were supposed to be but I thought I saw the color listed as 'Future Motion Blue' somewhere) its still a nice blue color and they do look nice and feel pretty well made. Also, Jeff gives pretty amazing customer service and fast shipping.

Only one of the plates fits OW Plus XR
Was surprised to find that only one of the two plates fit my newer +XR. Will need to drill and countersink 2 new holes to get other plate to fit board (fingers crossed). Should be specified in the description!

YOU NEED THIS!!! 1st thing U should buy, not a want a need.
You need this if you have a one wheel pint , for that matter tfl should be standard on all pint models for safety purposes. Anytime your stock bumper is only protected by the thin plastic that comes with it your prone to damage the battery or control module from a impact(we all have then either you jump off and let board take it or you roll with the board) this protects from that impeccably. On top of that if you are going a little wild it let's you not get stuck on rocks ij trails or bash your bumper on a curb- if it hits you slide right off. And the nose dive , if you have one , you have a fraction of a second more to react and will slide at first not abruptly stop. In my case I was able to run one out at over 20mph due to that plate - I don't wear gear usually so it really saved my butt let it save yours.
