Wheel Center Hub Caps 65mm Wheel Hub Cover Replacements Logo Badge Emblem for VW P/N:3B7 601 171, Sets of 4PCS

After reading that someone bought the wrong size, I went to the VW website (where these cost over $30 each) and got the part number for my model and year. I made sure to the part number matched before ordering. These arrived quickly and fit perfectly.I’ve had them on the car for over a month and the are indistinguishable from the other caps and the price is certainly right. I believe these are made in China, so if the trade war with China is not resolved, the price will go up in the future.I lost two others previously and had them replaced at the dealership for over $60 (total for two). If my experience is typical, the car starts dropping these at about the 6 year mark. I wish I had discovered this option sooner.

I finally decided to get my one cap replaced after it was missing for months. The hardest part was making sure I had the right size. I went to the VW parts website and found the part needed for my car and searched the part number in amazon. Saved a ton of money. They might not be the same material but you can’t even tell. It popped right in and looks great, it obviously looks newer than the original ones, however it will look like the rest of them in no time. 2016 Passat

Was missing 2 center caps and VW wanted $30+ a piece for replacements. These fit perfectly and no one would know the difference. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again!

These are a great value, these are the same part number (3B7 601 171) however the set I received had a slight variation on the tooth or teeth that hold the cap securely in place. The teeth are ever so slightly narrow in depth in comparison to the original. This doesn't hold the cap tightly in the rim center. Adding two pieces of duct tape to each of the 4 teeth allowed the cap to snap in tightly.3.14.2021 UPDATE! I purchased a second set and they fit a bit more tight but still move slightly when inserted into the hub. The must be a variation in their molding process.

Item is a 65mm center cap, exactly as described. Item was delivered quickly and was well packaged. While the black plastics outer ring remained tight, the VW emblem itself became loose (I could move it around slightly) after it was installed in the wheel. Hopefully this won’t affect the cap?

They were too big, but i made it work.The logo itself is a little bigger than the the original ones (just barely bigger, like not much at all) but the whole diameter of the outer face is too.I had to trim the outside to make it fit.The inner part ( tongue and grooves) is the correct size. I trimed the surrounding edge down with a knife then sanded it smooth until it fit, i took time to measure several times to make sure i was not trimming too much. If you have the tools it is still worthed to buy, can't tell the difference once on the wheel.

Omg! These VW wheel center hub cap are fantastic! So easy to install, just snapped them in. As to valve for your money, let me tell you . Why anybody would pay almost $35.00 for just one “real” official VW wheel center hub cap, I don’t know. And I can just guess how much you would be charged at the dealership. You truly can’t tell which ones are genuine or the other ones!

These were a hair larger in diameter than I was expecting, but then again I have the knockoff Detroit wheels and wasn't sure what size to get. I used a dremel to sand down the sides and edges just enough to snap them in. They look great!
