I use this item for two things, room temperature measuring and body temp, and this item switches from both effortlessly.Simple design that works efficiently and very easily with a press of a button switching between the modes of measurement, direct pressing, or general room temp. There is another mode but I don’t use that, the putting in ear. I’m earophobic so don’t shove stuff in there but the option is there.Battery is supplied also - which is always a bonus.It’s a decent palm sized device, just wish it came with a pouch for storage rather than a box it comes delivered in - as would be nice for storage to keep it clean in between uses.

This thermometer is so easy to use and easy to read. Can easily take little ones temperature whilst he's asleep and not disturb him. He wasnt keen on the thermometer we had previously, where you can put in there mouth or under their arm pit. I guess no one would like these methods if feeling poorly, so this thermometer makes life simple!

Accurate for measuring your baby or toddler's temperature. You get the option of ear or forehead which is handy for wriggly little ones. You can also switch it into silent mode so as not to wake them up if you want to monitor their temperature when sleeping.Easy to follow manual. However, it should indicate that in order to open the ear probe, you have to twist it downwards instead of pulling upwards. Apart from that, it's a good value for the quality of product you get.

Brilliant product, so helpful to be able to use on both forehead and in ear, and an added bonus that you can check room temperature too. Like others I found it hard to get the cap off to use the ear probe by am getting used to it now.

This thermometer is very easy to use especially for little babies and for toddlers who keep wriggling! The reading is pretty much accurate but the forehead reading in a degree more. The manual is pretty much detailed and explains everything. Good value for money.

Had a more expensive thermometer - it was unreliable and a pain in the ...This is easy to use , don’t need to wake a sleeping unwell child to stick something in their ear .Love it
