I consume it daily by mixing 1 -2 teaspoons in water. The taste isn’t that great but it provides an energy boost without making you nervous/jittery. Made me turn yellow. Stopped consuming it then all of a sudden my skin tone turned normal. Be wary of this product. There are some higher quality pine pollen supplements out there, though they might be more expensive, it’s very well worth it.

I have tried Raw Forest Foods 50:1 Pine Pollen full spectrum extract and it works better, less for more. I take one teaspoon and it does the job, I would have to take 3 tablespoons of This pine pollen to feel anything.
