Super Crimper.
This Toprema Crimping Tool is a superb buy. It's easy to use, full instructions included that are foolprof, very reasonable price for such a sturdy item. I recommend this without hesitation..

Worth it for occasional use
Its not what I would consider a heavy duty tool, however I don't do massive amounts of crimping.When I do use it it's fine. Its just not good that quality tool feeling about it but it's what you get for the price.

Toprema Wire Terminal Crimping
This is a well made tool and it has already earned back it's cost. Secures the crimps perfectly every time. Easy to use and store.

Incorrect size
Not great. If I crimp 50mm^2 cable with the 50mm die, the cable is totally loose, you can pull it out with your fingers. The flat faces of the dice meet and lots of pressure is needed, so they're the problem.

Very robust and easy to use crimper.
Used initially on 50mm^2 cable with heavy duty ends and was perfect. Going to be a very good addition to my boat toolset

God buy for the money
They are great and do the job, I only wished the crimp jaws were a bit wider to crimp larger area..

Pathetic, lasted 20 seconds of use.
If I could give zero stars I would. Bought this to crimp on some earth ends (tags) to the end of a 10mm earthing cable. Set up the first one and operated the crimp tool. The pivot pin sheared right off. I used normal operating hand pressure only. This appears to be made from very cheap materials, as you can see from the picture. snapped like a piece of chalk. Do not waste your hard earned money on this. Included a picture showing the label as you can see the country of origin - enough said. Will try and get my money back and buy a decent one. Hope this helps?Further information - decided to repair this item myself by replacing poor quality parts with new A2 stainless steel shoulder bolts and locking nuts. This seems to be holding up so far. Pictures attached, UK company used ACCU, which gave a very prompt service. Not cheap but at least I can now complete the job on time.
