I used this for replacing the low-powered remote of our bedroom fan. The supplied remote is round with a range of 3 metres or so, and was difficult to use in the dark, partly because it was round and not obvious how to point it. This remote has no such problem, and although it only has 6 buttons rather than the nine on the original, that is sufficient to do what is needed (power, speed +/- etc). The new remote was easy to programme once I'd got the hang ot it (that took one attempt) and works well. One point that was not clear is that you need to hold the initial 2 buttons in for a few seconds to get into programming mode.

Never buy again

This was brilliant for mother who is elderly and eyesight failing. She cannot mess this up

Nothing more to say. Bought it to use instead of a million-button remote for my amp, since I only ever use the power and volume buttons. It's cheap, plasticky, feels like a toy from the 80s. But it works.

I wanted a small, ultra simple remote to operate 3 modes, volume, channel and power. This fitted the bill to perfection.

It feels cheap, low quality and poorly assembled, but it was easy to duplicate the original remote functions and it worked without issue on both an old Targa LCD TV from Lidl and a fairly old Bush LCD TV. I don't think it will last long mind, but we shall see.

Easy to set up and works a treat. Very good instructions. Used for controlling a sound bar so my wife and I can both have a remote to change volume etc. She has original remote and I have this. Both work well

Absolute waste of money, didn’t work at all. You are better off spending more money on a better product.
