Covington and Clark Covington and Clark Black Adjustable Artist Piano Keyboard Bench Leather

This is the worst product to come out of China that I've ever seen! None of the four legs would fit on to this bench. There was simply no way any of the bolts were going to fit through their appointed holes. It was as if someone in the factory laughed and said "Hey, lets put 4 legs from another bench into this one!" I had raised the interior of the bench to be able to insert the legs and the mechanism was now broken. It no longer would fit into the box it came in. It took me $5 in duck tape and at least an hour to reconstruct a new box and properly re-package it. When I examined the construction and materials of the inner mechanism and the quality of the leather seat, it was appalling. The photos on Amazon made the bench look so well made and great for the price. Boy was that a mirage. I recently purchased a Jansen Artist Piano Bench. It is the polar opposite of this Covington and Clark Bench. I figured I could buy the Jansen one time or buy a cheap knock-off every two years when it breaks. You get what you pay for.

This bench is well worth the price. Keyboard stands are never low enough and this bench allows me to sit higher. It is well constructed, comfortable, and as mentioned, adjustable.
