Product is good but services and spares are costly.
Good product with good priceIt's really eligant .....Only issue is installation charges are high. Since I don't want to use duct system I have to purchase carbon filters which cost 900 bug's which not worthy.

The lowest priced modern Glass body chimney and its quite good.
Looks modern and gud. A bit small though. The sound the chimney makes is almost the same as other standard chimneys, has 3 level suction. 1 and 2nd lever are quite ok but 3 makes it quite loud. Suction is good. The only problem i would say is the installation. 500 for installation alone which is just a 30min job. BEWARE, the company is not quite clear about how much the customer should be charged for aluminium exaust pipe, they had two different site with two different pricing and the technician asked for even higher amount for the exhaust pipe and accessories. He quoted close to 2000 rs for installation, pipe and accessories. I bought the 6" aluminium duct pipe and cowl from market for a price of 1350 + 50 rs. would recommend buying it online since i saw it available for 1000 rs. I have a three burner stove, its very effective if placed correctly to manage both the burners on either side. The only con i would say is that it looks quite small when compared to other glass body chimneys. using it for 2 months now, had no issues so far !

Fan sound is really disturbing
Fan sound is more. Very compact size. But sound is really annoying.

Product good but service center refusing to install
Product is good and price is good but if you are from Mumbai better not buy this product or any product of elica.The service center shivoma international charges exorbitant prices for the duct , and refuses to install if you get the exactly same duct yourself and is now saying he won't install nor refund the money already charged for inspection.

Great product.... Great looks..This looks elegant at a low cost.Only 1 con that it is a bit noisy even at low speed

Product is good, service is doubtful
Product is awesome. But the technician is not good. Took away the reducer coupling and not genuine. Fixing is not good making noise.

Awesome product quality
Awesome product quality.Looks are great, but suction is not that good even at highest speed..Noice is low compared to other chimneys...Easy installation, manual included inside, I installed it myself..Better order pipe from Amazon itself, it would be cheap.4 inch pipe would be recommended.I ordered 6 inch, and then had to return and reorder 4 inch...
