Very weak suction and doesn’t help with anything floating really. Not overly impressed. I bought one last year that attached to the hose and it had better suction

Needs to come with a longer handle for those that do not already have a vacuum for their pool. It also needs a longer battery life.

Didnt pick up the algae which is what I purchased it for mainly.

I read reviews of more than a few spa vacuums and concluded this might be good for my needs as there was no clear winner. This spa vac is great for removing small amounts of sand from ordinary use. This spa vac will remove other small debris but not leaves or things requiring massive suction. Note this vac has a Ni-Cad battery which means fully de-charge the batter before recharging the battery as Ni-Cad batteries have memory. For example when the battery seems low, leave it on in the spa for 30 minutes or more until the battery is dead. I will update this review again should any problems arise, the design seems simple enough.

Absolutely terrible product. Do not waste your money. The re-chargeable battery was faulty, and never charged. I put in regular AA batteries to get it running, and it had very little suction. It did not pick up anything, but would only stir it around with the brush.If you are looking for a cool hand held vacuum for your pool or jacuzzi consider this a hard pass, and find something else.

This is just perfect to pick up small bits of dirt in the hot tub. The suction was great and it did the job quickly. Short handle so you do have to get in to do it or add an extension, but that was not a problem - we just got in with it. I don't think this would be good for a large pool - too small. But it is perfect for what we needed it for. This was the third small suction unit we tried, and it is by far the very best.

Went through 2 then gave up power button ends up dying and it wont charge same issue on the original and the replacement last great for about 2 weeks then that's it

Complete garbage works for 2 minutes and shut down then I charged it again for 2 days it worked for another two minutes and shut down don't waste your money
