PEXFT Bodyweight Resistance Trainer Kit - Outdoor and Indoor, Easy and Quick to Train Indoors Without Installing Door Stop

I got these to do some inverted rows from a door. The construction is very durable and could hold my weight no problem. I am about 180 lbs. I was looking most for strength of the bands and these bands are very thick and looks like it can handle a lot of weight - the rating says can hold up to 900 lbs. I chose this product because of its strength and price. So far, the product works well.

This product has been surprising very good. The quality is equal to TRX. I work out with a trainer and he stated that locking system on the straps are easier than TRX. Definitely recommend for the price.

I love these so much, the handles are cushiony and the ability to have it in my door jam with the special stoppers already in place is such a win. This made my purchase worthwhile. I wasn't ready for it but getting it in my 'not so sturdy' door actually stayed in place. My workouts are so much stronger and fulfilling now. I am impressed with the design and the stitching, material, and strength. Absolutely perfect. I have experience with other trainers, and this one is the winner.

I will preface I've never owned the TRX equipment set but this can't be too far off, it structurally and mechanically achieves the same thing from everything I've read and researched. Great body weight resistance and you are only limited by your creativity. The package comes with an extensive picture set of what exercises you can do. It's great for pre and post strength/lifting workouts to get yourself to warm up or cool down. I use this in conjunction with my chin up bars I've installed on my doors, and I have a power rack in my basement as well.

I bought the straps , and they were half the price of the TRX brand. I mounted the straps to the wall, and get a total body workout.
