GG&G 1" Flashlight Mounting Ring Gun Stock Accessories, Black

After trying a couple other products, I finally found this GG & G one. I was able to fit the Fenix PD35 light with the help of bits of Butyl Rubber from a bicycle tube. A very secure mount unto a Picatinny rail, and a very minimalist look, just perfect. Steel allows this mount to be thin, strong, and precise. Outstanding product!Caveat: I mounted my light (without the battery) and checked that it was strong without overtightening it. Only then I installed the 3600mAh 18650 battery into the PD35. Remember that crushing a fully charged 18650 inside a light is going to be a very bad day!

Secured a 1” flashlight to my rifle. Easy to put on, locks down tight. I expect nothing less from gg&g - I use their stuff on my duty gear and every item from them has served me well

Works great adding a light to my Mossberg 500.

I used this mount with a SureFire g2x tactical on my Colt LE6920. Before I went to the range, this was everything I was looking for in a light mount. It is lightweight, low profile, simple design, and durable. And my g2x really seemed to be held in tight. I took it to the range finally, and to my dismay, the g2x had almost shimmied its way out of the light mount after about 50 rounds of 55gr xm193. I was a bit disappointed. I'm sure if you wrap a little tape around the light before you tighten the mount around it, it might work a bit better. For the stock g2x tactical, however, the recoil really lets the light shimmy its way out of the mount.The mount itself is excellent in quality and construction. And for the price, I would highly recommend it. Just keep in mind you may have to tweak some things to get that perfect fit.

I have the olight warrior x pro flash light and it would fit after two turns. Only to come loose after a couple of handing of the rifle. issue would be fixed if it has longer screw. I have ordered a much cheaper flash light holder made by magpull. although this metal quality is good the screws are too short and I could not find a longer screw to replace the originals. Hope this helps

Fits my Surefire G2x without any fuss. Will update if it doesn’t handle recoil, but I’m only running it on a .410

Wanted to like this piece. As others have mentioned, If I'd been willing to maybe tinker with it, I MIGHT have been able to get it to hold properly. Clearly either your metal strap is bent properly so that the hook side engages properly and actually allows you to securely clamp a 1 inch light in it - or NOT. The shame is that there aren't many picatinny mounts out there like this one. Most are Mlock based - which is fine but I really wanted the convenience of being able to remove and replace the light easily. I returned it.
