Motherboard crashed 2nd time in 3 month
After using this TV for 15 daysI was happy that I got a great TV at lowest price. But all my happiness vanished on 16th day when TV didn't get start I called the service center, technician came next day, says software crashed, have to reinstall the software after 2 days software came. After reinstalation TV work for 10 min and crashed again. After 2-3 Tries technician give up and says have to change motherboard. He says I have to wait for another 3-4 days. Now we are waiting only God knows when will it worksI think I made a wrong decision.......

Unregistered FRAUD PRODUCT
This TV is not registered with the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) and has not passed any regulatory tests. It is shocking that Amazon as a platform is allowing these kind of cheap and unrated products to be sold online. Please be careful regarding the usage.

Misleading product and incorrect information from seller
The device claims to be 4k compatible but does not support ps4 pro 4k despite changing and buying new hdmi cables. Spec sheet show that it is a 4k display on a FHD panel and it does not have HDR.

Poor customer care service.... By Kavin/ Beston
The Kavin/ Beston Customer care phone number was inaccessible, however when an email was sent the customer care, bthe same was promptly replied. The request for installation of the Kevin 49 inch TV was scheduled and the installation was done to my satisfaction. It's working great as I am using Amazon prime subscription for watching movies, songs and music. Kevin led tv is a great product indeed.

One of the Best quality products of Kevin
It is 1 of the best value 55 inch smart TV in this budget, whwn compared to its competitors. This LED TV offers a new features, like wifi connection and android based operations, YouTube etc.. and more, it is good in dark room as well, and the 4K display delivers a perfect contrast ratio and really good lighting, black uniformity is also considereably cool apart from leaving some whites, which is not bad in this Price range. It has again an excellent wide viewing angles, it is sleek, making it an excellent choice for hall and room. Thank Kevin

Picture quality is very bad, doesn't look like a 4k TV, difficult to connect service centre number which was continues engaged

This is second time i am writings installation service are very bad & we have to run piler to piler & pathatic to reach call center team
