Hardware; Sliding Barn Door

The hardware looks amazing when it is up, however, the paint peeled from the metal the first time I opened and shut the door. The metal under the paint is a different color so it stands out. Because the door and hardware is obviously a statement piece everyone looks at it an notices the peeling paint. Disappointed with the quality.

This hardware is SO nice, heaviy and rustic looking and less expensive than any other I could find. It was our contractors 1st time to build and install a barn door and it was a breeze.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of materials. I was going to try to come up with a makeshift barn door hardware. I found this one at a great price so im glad i went this route instead of throwing a bunch of products together.

Nice product , but paint comes off the bolts .

This hardware works well and installs easily. My only complaint is the finish. It's basically painted with black paint that will chip or wear off easily. The bolts are just painted so when you install them the paint comes off. Matching it with black paint is not as easy as you would think. Lots of variations of black out there! Other than that it does it's job.

Beautiful job by NW Artisans. Their customer service is friendly and prompt (I asked them a ton of questions before actually purchasing the hardware), and they'll customize which is great. I'd definitely order from them again!

It came as expected. Directions were no simple though to install. It takes someone who is pretty handy to build.

the only problem is the black finishhad to repaint itother then that it works great as a sliding door in our second bedroomless hassle the studding out for a pocket door
