NPL Chevrolet Camaro 12v Car

I purchased a pink version of this car for my daughter. She loved it, but has since lost interest as it rarely works. The car looks good but that is it. The car has worked less than a week since I bought it almost 6 months ago. The company has sent several parts (no instructions included) but nothing corrected the problem. I finaly took the car and had someone trouble shoot if for me. I have been waiting for almost two months on more parts from the company. The quality of the plastic the car is made out of is not good either. It is cheap and damanages eaisly. Since the radio is the only working part of the car, my daughter will turn it on while she plays outside. The radio does not turn itself off, so batteries have to be changed frequently & that's is not easy to do. The battery that powers the car is not much better. It has to be charged with every use, regardless of how short the trip!! I also have a Barbie Jeep that was purchased for an older daugther several years ago. Although this Jeep has been left outside for long periods of time, is approximatley 5 years old and is frequently the subject of "lets see if the Jeep can do this" experiments, it still will run circles around the Camaro. It travels faster, doesn't have to be charged at every use, the radio will turn itself off after a set period of time and it is seemingly indestructable. It is made by a different company. I have been truely disappointed in the Camaro as well as the customer service from the company. While their products look good, the quality and customer service leave much to be desired.
