I bought this to remove (doctor identified) skin tags - one quite large on the inside crook of my arm that had been driving me nuts for years. The thinner pins are for smaller tags, and I used the larger one for the one on my arm. Did a little youtubing to understand how to use it. I know most show to "burn" it, leaving the charred scab to fall off on its own, but I ended up keeping an antiseptic wipe on hand and then cleaned off the burnt bits until until the tag was gone and I was down to "skin" level. I went top down but I have seen some videos where for larger ones they cut them at the base.It took me several weeks to fully heal, even with antibiotic cream, but that's simply what happens as you grow older - now there is only the faintest red mark that continues to fade. Unlike when I tried to snip it off years ago and it grew back.I did it a little work on the small tags on my neck - but just an initial zap - that took them down a little but really, I decided rather than looking like I had a rash on my neck, I'm going to do them one at a time.Also, I didn't numb either area - it's not excruciating - kind of like an initial bee sting, but since you are controlling the device it isn't so psychologically as bad. In fact it's cool in a science-fiction kind of way having this arc'ing bit of lighting - zaaappp. But suggest you start with smaller one until you get used to it. Smell of burning flesh wasn't THAT bad!So, I can recommend. I didn't have any issues inserting the tips - insert and then slide in and screw in the little donut shaped piece - it's called a collet and if you've ever used a dremmel or drill you get the idea. It charged up quickly and charge lasted plenty long enough for my first foray into doing this. So much cheaper than doctor removal (and the one time I had it done by freezing it left permanent scars so....), the tea tree oil wasn't doing it for me, and honestly I was more afraid of trying the TCA acid, so yes, I can recommend.I'll return here to edit if the device breaks in the future but initial couple of uses, no issues.

Really good product! To operate this, press the on button and hold for 3 seconds! You have power speeds of 1-3, I use three! Once you press and hold on button the green light comes on, then press on button once it goes to #1 speed, press it twice it goes to #2 speed press on button 3 times it goes to third #3 speed! Once you have the speed you want, press and hold the (Out) button this sends an electrical current to the mole you trying to get rid of!I have removed 6 moles and the product works great! For large moles you have to sweep it with the electrical current a few times! The electrical current is a little pain but nothing major and it is bareable with good results! Basically, the electrical current zaps the mole and mills the blood supply and the moles shrinks and falls off! The larger moles I had to zap them once a day for 3 days max and they went away! The small moles went away overnight! It’s a little pain from the electrical stimulus that the current sends to the mole but it’s worth the pain to be mole free! I give this an honest 5 Stars ⭐️ I am from Atlanta Georgia and it’s way cheaper than a dermatologist visit! Worth the price if you need to get rid of moles!

I started getting skin tags over the years. My husband heard of a gadget to remove moles and skin tags through a family friend. I googled to research and found a YouTuber with great how-to on using it. Found this one on Amazon with decent reviews/pricing and thought I give it a try prepared for the instructions it comes with to be wanting. Plugged it into my iPhone wall charger to full capacity then aggressively went to town on the number of confirmed skin tags on my face and neck in one day using the large attachment mostly on levels 3 and 2. I was probably too aggressive for first time use.I felt a strong sting to the area while zapping the skin tags (I zapped them level to skin) and it left a little redness on my skin at the sites. You can smell the skin tags as you’re burning them. None of that bothered me because the expected results were worth it. I sprayed my face and neck with colloidal silver, which immediately eased the irritated skin and helped with healing.This tool worked! I did not see a need for more than three intensity levels. No scars. For me it took about a week for the scabbing to fall off. Since my first results I’ve used the small needle-like attachment on level one lightly touching it to very small skin tags.Bottom line, glad I bought this and am overjoyed with my results. Boosted my appearance. I love looking in the mirror and seeing clear smooth skin where those things used to be.

This works perfect on skin tags. Removed a few smaller moles. Took 2-3 applications on moles. Used on 1 large 1/4" mole mole got pretty irritated. Suggest sticking with small ones.On skin tags, just blast it til it turns black. 2-3 days later come off and cannot see where they were. Great product. Much more affordable then paying dermatologist.

Purchased this to remove some skin tags. Easy to use, not too painful and it works! Much cheaper than a trip to the Dermatologist! Highly recommend!

This thing works! Not too painful. Used to take off skin tags. Will leave a small burn which will heal in a few days. I used Neosporin to help heal. The smell is really the worst part of the process unless you enjoy the smell of burned flesh. I went to YouTube and watched videos prior to using.

Not sure about the product yet but the instructions are terrible. Guess I will search the internet and see if I can find instructions on the use of this type of product. It would be nice to know when to use the big needle or the small. Scratch or poke (center or entire mole)

I'm impressed with this product as I now don't have to be embarrassed with skin tags. I shave my head and it was hard to avoid it which was a little painful. Luckily that one was small and the facial one also but the one on my inner thigh was huge. Over the years I've had doctors freeze and burn them off but now I can do them myself without that hassle which saves me time and money. I'm really impressed by the seller who sent it expedited mail and I got it super fast!! Thank you so very much and will order from you again!
