This item will remove skin tags and even moles.
Using this on the medium setting to remove skin tags, moles and cherry angiomas. Set on medium and touch the area quickly then remove. You may see a small puff of smoke which is the desired result. Cover the whole surface of the skin tag or mole touching a spot then moving to another spot until the area has changed color. I continued daily two or three times per day and after a week or so most spot will get smaller until finally they are gone. Basically this will cauterize the skin and kill the tag or mole. There will be light scarring on most of them. I love this product and recommend it to anyone who wants to remove a skin tag or mole. Cherry angiomas are basically a red colored mole raised off the skin. They are benign and mine were removed the same as the skin tags.

Junk
Worked well the first time. Attempted to use a second time a few days later and it was dead. Won't take a charge just the #3 is lit up and stays on. Can't turn it on/ off. Won't do anything to include charge. Not worth it if it can only be used one time before it breaks.

It hurts but it works!
This thing hurts like all heck but after you get past the pain IT WORKS. I will update in a few to let you know if the tags grow back.

Good little device
I have used this to remove a small skin tag on my arm. It seems to work just fine and is just as described. I don't know that I would ever use this to remove a full tattoo or anything like that. I would recommend using this for smaller moles and skin tags that need to be removed and save the larger, more difficult stuff for the professional. One thing with this skin tag remover is that you definitely need a steady hand to operate this without complications. My hands are a bit shaky, so maybe that is why I, personally, would not try this on larger areas on my skin. I have read some reviews and questions on this and whether or not it can be used to remove skin tags from the eye lids. I would definitely leave those sensitive areas to a professional, but that is also my own opinion.

This product may or may not work idk.. but when I received it I realized it wasn’t for me so I returned it.. find another way to get rid of my dark spots..
